This, I presume, is an inevitable consequence of people forming Ali-G style "crews", appropriating wholesale an American gang culture that has nothing to do with their actual reality, and claiming to be anything other than mates dicking around on bikes.
They should all be rounded up and made to do the tweed run on vintage Pashleys.
