Anybody has used Parker International?

Places an order with them on Tues, they still haven't processed it. How do I know? Coz my bank called me today and had my card blocked due to some frund activities in the US... phew... hence I had to call Parker to change my card details, I called them this morning, and as of now, they still haven't processed my order.

Compare to Wiggle, CRC, On-One amoung others I have used, they are slow, very slow.

Many times, over many years. They are reliable and knowledgeable, but a bit old school and have definitely fallen behind the likes of Wiggle in terms of real time stock information etc.

They take time to process the order. On one occasion my payment didn't go through and they rung me few day later to ask if I want to proceed with the order.

The defo have what I want coz I called before placeing the order, but it's been 3 days and still nothing, I think I will call them after lunch to chase it up... in terms of price, the are very good. Cheaper than Wiggle and CRC with what I was after.
