def take it to the vet to have the micro chip checked. There is also a cat rescue place that is really good for dealing with this kind of thing. Is the cat injured? has it drank any water or eaten food?
check the collars for a tag or a little thing that holds a note. or sometimes the back of the collar has the owners phone number or info.
