Eventful commute this morning.
Spotted:
1) Chap nearly getting taken out by a taxi pulling away without indicating on Tooley Street
2) Me stopping to check said fella was ok and to try to calm him down only to ride over a broken bottle just next to him and right off a Gatorskin.
3) . Chaps in Evans just up the road being very complimentary about my frame (bike frame that is) Flattery will get you everywhere. Here take my credit card and sell me as much as you like.
4) Spilled coffee frozen solid on northbound bus lane on LB. Be careful kids.
5) Me pointing at iced coffee patch for riders behind only to be told (by a total cnut) that "its not the fcking pro tour mate" when I got to the lights. I know old chap, I was riding to work this morning and didn't want any of my fellow cyclists to crash in a bus lane. Sorry about that, I'll try to be cnut like you in future.
6) Stupid avoidable pedal strike on curb approaching Old Bailey at speed. Made it partially airborne but somehow landed it without drama.
Still rolled into work with a big grin on my face. What a gorgeous day?
