I almost lost my bike outside Sainsburys in Angel, the little toerag was going at it, and a plainclothes policeman happened to be walking by. Wish I could have seen the look on his face...
Depends where you're moving to but I wouldn't leave it out, although the police station isn't far from the N1 centre and it'd probably be ok somewhere around there and if it's beater-ish then I guess this is what they're for.
