Selection process for EHBPC 2011 23-26.06.2011

Jono, if we're going to use the forum as a discussion space, send me the names of everyone who will have a voice (be it players, captains, scene reps, whatever) and I'll start a private thread that only those people can view.

I've seen enough people post things like "I'm not planning to go, but...." to realize this could get messy.
