I was greatly enjoying Orwell's tea making guide, until I got to this part. I almost spat my tea on my keyboard.

To that I respond: is tea without milk, tea? Is tea without water, tea? Is tea without heat, tea? No. Of course not. And in the same way, tea without sugar is simply not tea.
