I've had a small breakthrough and found this Raleigh online that has an identical seat post lug to the Tossini:
However the Raleigh is stamped 73 and mine is stamped 75 (that'll probably be the angle then!)
Anyone know who made lugs for Raleigh? (EDIT I think they are Bocama (BCM) Lugs - can anyone confirm?)
