I think a lot of people ended up using greens because the blues are only available for V brakes, rather than because they are specifically intended for ceramics (and you'd have to assume the manufacturer's website was correct, right?). Having said that, it's rare to find anyone with a bad word to say about them so I'd assume they'll be more than capable.
I have greens on all my bikes (non ceramic though!)...
