*Mega*buy? For items totalling roughly in the region of £130-140? I'd understand this approach if you wanted a couple of frames or other large items, but all this small fry? Are they all so hard to get that it's harder for you to get them in several orders from on-line retailers than lots of tiny individual transactions, or do you want to avoid buying from large on-line retailers?
