That actually makes perfect sense, she works in a hospital so no doubt uses her spells on patients all the time. They leave hospital better in a few days time and her belief in her own witchcraft is constantly reinforced. I bet she has dozens of stories of how she healed people.

Well, the other (slightly scary) possibility would be that she uses her belief to pre-select people in an HR position. And if you're not a creationist, she might not thing you should get a job ... of course that's all speculation.
