@ unharmed they seem to size up quite normally, not like sidi's which come up a size small. I usually take a 43/44 in normal shoes/trainers went for the 44 figuring I'd rather they were a bit too big than a bit too small, and they came in perfect. Sent an email to always riding before I purchased discussing sizing and they said if it was the wrong size they'd swap them over and I'd just have to pay the return postage, and that paying the return postage was somethng they hoped they could eliminate.
