You did your research, it should told you what to do: avoid like the plague.
they always claim it cost that much because for a decent bike of similar appearance you'd need to pay that much.
Although the frame look slightly different, search for "Create" or "unipack" to get the full story of similar quality/priced unnamed bicycle.
