you can have my old OS stem for free - think it is 80mm but could be 70mm. has a cut off set of risers thrown in. let me know if you want to pick up in peckham or central dude

Pretty sure it is.
I fitted it to my girlfriends bike and it was too baggy for her 26mm bars - even with a good couple of mm of shim.
I guess they are a 31mm.

Still a guess though.
