The Camden People’s Theatre SPRINT FESTIVAL is coming to the Regent’s Place Plaza today for a very special performance of Roadworks.
“Roadworks” which is an urban dance theatre work, approximately 25 minutes long taking place at 12.30pm and 1.30pm today the 3rd March and again on the 10th March. It is set in a typical London street scene with the encounter of a dancer, a BMX rider, and a musician. The piece contains choreographic elements including interweaving pathways between dancers and BMX artists, live music (beat box, didgeridoo and guitar), speech, Hip Hop dance sequences, BMX flatland tricks, a strong physicality and a quirky sense of humour.
