so, hypothetically, if some asshat friend of yours challenged you to supersize an aero, how would you go about making the bubbles?

I originally thought CO2 canisters and intricate (well quite simple) delivery system, where the mould is set up with very small holes, underwhich a set of tubes pass, and aerate the fucker.

Also thought about Vaccuuming, cos I think i once saw a similar thing on Heston Blumenthal...

I made a giant walnut whip for that site.

I want to eat a head sized hole in that Walnut whip, and wear it like a full head helmet, untill I've finished eating it.

Im trying to find what's the best option to get some really nice quality cooking chocolate.
I want to buy ?Kgs, preferably. I've seen places where 1kg is 35 quid though...
Has anyone done it, any tips, places, shops, privates... anything would be appreciated.

Yep the peanut butter ones are boss. wasnt really a fan of the orange ones. tasted just like terrys chocolate orange with in a different shape and with more crunch.
