The Brooks Cornwall bag looks amazing:

It would fit really nicely on my new tourer, and the first trip it'll be making is to Cornwall, so it'll obviously work well too (er...)
However, at £250 it's a little on the steep side. The only equivalents I know of are the Carradice ones (look a little homemade), and the ortliebs (look totally different). I guess this Gilles Bertroud is closer (http://www.theoldbicycleshowroom.co.uk/gilles-berthoud-canvas-handlebar-bag-gb905-1692-p.asp), but to me looks a tad twee.
Are there any others that people know of that look the part but don't cost quite as much?
