Is cyclesurgery a fake?

This thread is becoming hard to understand for me :-)

I think Cycle Surgery is busy in the operating theatre right now.

CycleSurgery are definately a genuine retailer. I do know that if they don't have a bike in their warehouse ready to dispatch it may take a day or two longer for them to get it from one of their stores, give it a pre delivery inspection and ship it out.

Wobbly, don't worry. I tried to buy a bike at Cycle Surgery, in person, and was completely ignored. You're doing well if you've got an e mail from them!

If you're worried phone them. They might still ignore you of course, but my guess is that the automated interweb ordering system they use won't allow 'queries' so your e mails fall into a big black hole.

It's almost perverse that we all spend our time lusting after Italian bikes, and someone surrounded by them is ordering a bike from cycle surgery.

You are in the home of cycling - stop ordering crap stuff from Cycle Surgery and buy something amazing from where you live instead!

No emails are not simpler, easier to ignore yes but this is obvious. If you have a question for the company simply phone them, speak to a real live living person to put you mind at rest and get their name for future reference with regard to your issue. If you have issues over the cost of making a telephone call from abroad do something like punch in a cheap code from dialacode.co.uk or a similar Italian based site. You will get your bike just don't expect it wrapped in red ribbons yesterday. Peace.

In Italy we say: "neighbor's grass is always greener". However I choose that bike because I want to start using fixed bike, at that price in Italy you can only buy a CREATE bike, I've read horrible things about create bike in this forum!
