Wanted: 53/54cm cheap steel frame, pref simple colourscheme

Building my girlfriend a bike... she is rather particular about aesthetics, however, being a designer, so I need a frame which is

• cheap
  
• single colour (as few decals as possible, too)
  
• 53/54cm
  
• traditional profile (ie, not compact geo, and not a girls' frame).
  
• long drop-outs
  
  

Ideal colours - something light/bright, such as white, orange, light grey...

Paint doesn't have to be in great condition or anything, and the frame doesn't have to be anything fancy, low cost is more important. A basic 80s road frame would be ideal. To fit 700c wheels, usual spec.

Appreciate that my requests for colour etc make me sound a bit like someone shopping for shoes, but these are the constraints I have to live with... Anyone have anything?

beautiful, but too nice! The cheap part is quite important... lovely as my girlfriend is, I cannot afford to buy her a Guerciotti, I have to find the cash for all the other parts too
