eBay problems, resolutions, shenanigans, questions and info (not bike finds)

I'm curious: i won and paid for an item on Sunday afternoon worth £850!
(a nice bike of course :) What's starting to worry me is that I have not
heard from them at all.

I send a polite email yesterday asking if they could just confirm that the
money had reached their account... nothing in return.

Am i being impatient? I would think it just good manners to at least
acknowledge the sale within 24hrs? especially as the money has been paid.
i usually try to communicate with the seller at least three messages (ofcourse the first two should get any reply if things going normal). third message should be contain some warnings that you might bring that as a "dispute" to ebay resolution. all messages are in a week period.

if after a week you still dont get any reply than dispute the seller, ebay/paypal should pay your money back
