This is so wack, how much would a replacement frame cost them? I deal with loads of bike companies concerning warranty frames, and I've never heard something so stupid. Is it really worth pissing off even one customer? Companies are beginning to realise that the power of a single person's comments can actually damage their brand name. Bianchi obviously didnt get the memo....
