I'll add some answers.
That would be nice. The point is that there are different ways of doing things, and that it would be good to have these collected together. The way in which all these DIY bike fit calculations step on each others toes, should demonstrate tha a proper bike fit is a worthy investment. While it could help those unwilling, or unable, to spend out on one, get a better fitting bike.
