Why are people getting bike fits done? So they can commute to work more efficiently?
To avoid long term injury, i've had problems with my left knee and my lower back all my life and would like to be able to cycle for as long as possible.
I'm also training for the Etape and a few other sportives so I am spending a LOT more time in the saddle - getting a fitting seemed like a sensible thing to do.
