I take all your points, and don't disagree, but I think this
is the real issue (combined with the willingness to play in goal and not just keep coming out). Really great teams can push 3-out and control possession enough that the benefits outweigh the risks, but we are a long long LONG way from those teams' abilities.
Note - Jono's vote was in error, and although it's interesting to see what non-Birmingham players think, we should probably discount it from this debate.
