Wanted: Ladies bike (geared)

It's my girlfriend's best friend's 30th and we're looking to get her a bike. She lives in Jersey (which is quite hilly), so looking for something with gears (Sturmey Archer 3 speed would be fine).

What we'd really like is something that is nice looking and most importantly is pretty much ready to go as is (her birthday is next week).

Looking for a frame size of about 20" - the recipient is around 5ft 7". We're in Kennington (SE), but happy to consider things further away too...
