Was very frustrating at Cambridge that I hadn't really played with either Andy or Lucas for a few weeks, not their fault I might add. We lost a number of games to teams which were not especially more skilled than us but whom new each others play and had the confidence to push forwards while nowing that others are either defending or attacking with them.
While I admire the democracy of BHM polo Jono is right - it is the team dynamic which is very important and how all three players adapt to each others play. The best games I've had at tournements were on the last day of the Euro's when Danski, Ben and me had been playing for three days and we had began to work together.
Also some serious goal keeping/track stand practice is needed.
