don't forget the specialized BG fitters at places like sigma. just because they have the big 'S' as part of their accreditation doesn't mean they should be dismissed as not being a professional fit.
personally i prefer the footbed wedge system over cleat shims as it's easier to change the varus/valgus angle or swap between shoes.
