Yes, that's Mrs b&d. I only finished it on Friday, so she had a couple of short laps of Hammersmith before we headed out the Hackney yesterday morning. At first she didn't really get it, but noticed a few differences from riding the last one I built/refurbed for her (an old Raleigh Caprice), mainly the weight. That thing's got the turning circle of Greenland and weighs as much as Tony Blair's pension pot.
Still, she was a little unhappy a being rather cold and wet but when we finally stopped at the boozer things warmed up and I believe she enjoyed her day out. She did also happen to comment on the interesting aroma coming from the room we'd occupied in the pub.
