My opinion is pretty well-known, but I'm going to hold off voting until more people have had their say, because I'm still undecided as to which is the best way to continue. I really want Birmingham to do better at tournaments, yet continue to grow its numbers, and if changing our organisation will achieve that, I'm up for change.
