All of us chaps who listened to the 12 noon opening time will be disappoint..

It said on the rego page it opened at 11.55.
But yeah, 5 crucial minutes.

I'm in, but only just. No. 54 and I was caning it as I was supposed to register 4 mates.

For those that didn't manage to register there is also going to be a Tweed ride in Oxford this year as part of the Cycle Oxford festival.

Hmm. Think there could be a lot of disappointed people if they were trying to register as a pair. I got in but didn't manage a spot for my date (insert forever alone jpg)

that was ridiculous. I finished registering myself and went to do my friend coming from France and it was full! I was on there at 11:55! WFT? How is anyone who shares a computer (a couple or family) supposed to go together?

What's with the code for pre-registering? how many people were pre-registered? 450 people in 5 minutes is insane! There must've been lots of people pre-registered.

Jeez! rider 444. that was really quite nail biting. it would be impossible to register a partner. thats the drawback of it being such a brilliant day out i guess.

None were pre registered. That code box was a left-over from last year.

No, not in the slightest. if they had opened at the widely advertised time, then nobody would feel hard done by for missing out fair and square.

Gf had same issue as cycleaddict "e-mail address invalid' when it was definitely correct, so will have to go just have to go as singleton now!

if you failed to get a place just wear some tweed and ride around, it's not that difficult.
