  • im hangin rather badly, will probably be drinking water.

  • @Pista - I'll meet you chaps at New Street. I'll get off at Moore Street and then zip over to y'all. I get in at 17:21 so loads of time. Peace

  • Just gotta swap bikes and pick up wheels and I'll be over. I'm on the waters too!

  • Blimey it was wet out there, roads were horrible. The rain seemed to be pretty relentless all the way back.

Was good to see so many people out and nice to know that their is a nice bunch of Brummy cyclists out there. See some of you Sunday.

  • What a turnout last night...

Loads of people, loads of bikes.
The Prince is a great venue, and I think we should adopt it as BHX beers HQ. They even asked if we wanted food put on next month.
Next installment TBA. Thanks for being there.

  • Have you lot seen the tags to this thread? Brilliant.

  • The Prince is a great venue, and I think we should adopt it as BHX beers HQ.

Totally agree, and it'll only get better as the weather improves and the nights draw out.

Well done to everyone who braved the rain to be there - no event-desertion ftw!

  • .... And the offer of food was made too.

  • Sore head... Must have been fun!!

  • Apologies from me if I was the sole defector, lost all momentum by going home for a few hours after a knackering day riding, ended up as a deadbeat on the couch reluctantly watching gorno.

  • Sore head... Must have been fun!!

That's the fucking cider mate!! I told you -lethal!

  • Good night, thoroughly enjoyed it, no sore head either, good old ale =)

Got proper drenched on the way home from the waist down, but worth it.

Nice well kept ale in there, great pub!

  • Quality stuff. Good to meet some new faces. Props to everyone who missioned it in with the rain! Looking forward to the next one already!

  • Indeed, nice to put more faces to names. Raced off beause of the rain, then realised I left my tyre there. Anyone see it or have you bloody nicked it?

  • Before the obligatory how did you get home with one tyre jokes...tyre from the wheel I gave to Steve!

  • That tyre was right under the bench table and might still be there. It wasn't in a place were someone would obviously notice it.

One word to sum up the evening: 'Drenched'. It was a hoot rushing for the train. Can still taste the the spray from daylightbombings rear wheel.

  • Fav quote from last night...
"I hate tricks, I hate polo, I just love riding fast."

  • zouo, thanks for the lift home from leam needed it in that rain later on
and sorry about the spray ha big tyres, big spray

  • was good meeting some of you on friday...
