Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Oooof! Ofmega Mistral track cranks? very rare and beautiful cranks there! dont ever think of selling them, you wont find another one.

haha - yes they're lovely! I'm planning on putting on some old Campag pista's when I get it resprayed - that is if my hunch is right and the frame is from an earlier period.

Though I'm not letting them go! I need to get hold of a pair of original dust caps for them - do you know where to look?
