    I have recently bought a trainer and firstly noticed we dont have any threads on Turbo Trainers other than people selling them.

    I am currently trying to get fit at the moment and bought the trainer for those crappy days when the weather is not good.

    When i hook up my regular ride to the turbo, i find that it puts stress on my knees. Is this normal? My bike, even though not set up by a cycle fit, fits me well after many years of riding it. I am trying to find out if its a good ache or if its the ache of doom...

    The next question is a more general question about sound/vibrations. I bought what i thought was a quiet turbo, and a turbo mat, and its on a rug as well but it seems to transmit the sound through the floors. Is there some other ways to dampen the vibrations?
