Pmd about cranks
-
• #13
sorry there sees to be a misunderstanding, the bike en bloc is for sale - not the parts
so there is no dibbing unless it's for the bike.
i'll do some of the parts once the frame has gone, or i might be left chasing the 7th pot to put it back together again - so if anyone wants to offer on the frame PM me.
the wheels and cranks will be the very last to go as they'll be quite happy on my own 2nd track bike which is now sporting clinchers, road hubs and 170mm cranks
unless the frame goes on it's own - or the whole bike - it'll be having a wheel and crank transplant and going on ebay very shortly

are forks drilled ?
am interested. let me know. -
• #22
no, not drilled but could be easily, or road set fitted (circular cross section track forks will vibrate a bit if a brake used - )- rear undrilled too but could be drilled too - it's only a tube bridge between rear stays (as opposed to the type with the blob in for flush hex type), but hole could be drilled and those washers with a semi-cirlce used to fit it - like on the old style weinmans. if you like i'll try get pics of crown and rear stay bridge

too small for me (53.5 mm on top tube )- bought too hastily.
gutted as it's a gorgeous bike - full track spec
van tuyl, not sure on tubing - it's from holand - i suspect columbus tubing from others i've seen
cxp30 rims, as-new tyres, campag headset, post and BB, miche primato 165 cranks with 3 as-new rings plus s a range of cogs. itm stem and bars. it's only only ever ridden on track so ultra clean, rims never touched by pads, never ridden over any bumps etc
saddle shown has made it to my other track bike (shown behind) is now replaced with another item
