Administer what first aid you can/ is appropriate.
Ensure witnesses including driver stay at scene.
Photograph what you can.
Note number plate of car.
Get names and contact details of witnesses.
Ensure police are called.
Comfort rider.
As soon as you can, make a note of all you have seen.
Generally, much will depend on particular circumstances. Priority is health and safety of rider. Then evidence to assist claim.
