no drills for brakes at all it's a pure track frame.. for the pantos it doesn't have any rossin panto as all the tailor made frames made by vanni losa for rossin in the first of 80s, but it's confirmed for the shape of the lugs and for the special colour with purple decals under a stiff layer of trasparent coating (but i will post some photos of these particularities on other frames) it will be also confirmed by the sardinian (italian island) racer by phone if you want! this frame has been stored in the quartu sant'elena velodrome for a while and it reports also the decals of the shop of that racer!
i can assure it's an 100% original rossin tailormade by vanni losa. that it's 2times rarer than any normal rossin that you can find!
