Don't know which is worst: 1) That she has over 4 thousand positve feedback customers and only a handful of negative OR 2) That she immediately gets aggressive with kids who have paid her to get rid of their acne and have the temerity to leave apologetically neutral feedback.
She must be raking in minimum... what: 4000 x [at least] 10.99. That's close to $40,000!! Maybe that mean she belongs in the Win thread? Whatever, there are over 4,000 people there who belong in the Fail in any case.
