Wanted: Peugeot frame / fixed wheel

Hi,

Looking for a good quality peugeot frame or full set up.
Ideally sized from 52-55cm frame.
Would prefer a frame similar to PX-10/Avoriaz.
Have come across frames online on e-bay but have been too big.

I've got this peugeot frame...

It's a 54cm frame (can take more measurements if needed) - comes with chrome forks, headest and seat post (peugeot seat tubes can be hard to find - as they're on the small side).

Don't know what model it is, but was told by previous owner it was an 80's peugeot and rubbing back the cream paint has revealed the original blue paint on the head tube, but red under the bb, so may have been a lovely blend between the two!?!

It's lugless, with no visible welds, so is a very clean/smooth looking frame. I was going to paint it VW dove blue, but an old Russian frame came into view and all the bits were transferred over...

Wasn't sure how to measure the top tube, with the headset in place...

(does 12cm sound about right?)

Kowarler, thanks for the reply. Just looking for something with original paintwork that's all, otherwise i would take it.

That may be a touch too big, would prefer around a 54-55

The 58cm one is a PR, the smaller one is a PY10 which is 53. Sorry about that, just read it through properly. Get you the pictures in the morning if you're interested.

Are you looking for any bits for it?

Know a guy I ride with has a PY10 CP which is top of the range, rear chrome stays, 106 chainset, 425GBP shipped.

A little bit out of my price range i think! cheers though

The 53cm will be 80 shipped, with Stronglight P3 bb and headset, and fluted seatpost. Coming from France hence the more expensive postage.
