I have the lo-pro version boxed up downstairs waiting for DHL coming tomorrow after selling it on ebay. If I wasn't such a nice chap I'd really consider stiffing the ebay buyer, keeping it and getting this to build up as a matching set.
Awesome frame.

Thanks chaps. If I wasn't such a nice chap I'd really consider keeping it myself so it can accompany the example I have already.
Got hands on a job lot Avocet FasGrip tires. With skinwall, NOS. I will trow a pair in with the frame >>

I've been asked questions of which I thought it would be usefull to answer them in the topic.
What does Miyata FM-1 triple butted Spiral Spline tubing stand for? Miyata did not simply put an own decal on somebody others tubing. No, Miyata, being a wealthy company with ambitions, had its own tubing mill. It is Miyatas very own tubing and FM-1 was the best they offered. It is very light and has spiral shaped splines like Columbus SLX, but unlike SLX that only has splines near the BB shell, Miyatas FM-1 Spiral Spline has them at pretty much all ends.
On the Dura-Ace bottom bracket: it is serviced and runs smoothly.
Any more questions left? My team is siting here to answer them all.

"Miyata is a bicycle manufacturer founded in Japan by Eisuke Miyata. Mr Miyata, a gunsmith employed by the Hitachi Kuni Kasama Clan, built Japan's first conventional, so called modern, bicycle at the Miyata Gun Factory in 1892."

Thank you. I would have thought it was 1890 for the first as in 1990 Miyata issued this 'Century' model to celebrate their anniversary >>

Offering frameset Koga Miyata FullPro, original Tulip computers pro team
Highly refined steel frame. Built using Miyatas own FM-1 triple butted Spiral Spline tubing, own cast lugs and Shimano UF ends.
This frame has been used in competition by the Tulip computers pro team in the early 90s. This paint in combination with chromed fork and tail was never available to the general public. The decals are larger size and there are more: on fork and seatstays. Page 2 in this 1992 catalogue shows Tulip bike in action. Rider shown is Adri van der Poel. Another pic of Adri and his bike >>
The FullPro model was the top of line road frame of Koga Miyata in the early 90s. Already the off the shelf FullPro was one of the finest frames you could buy.
Features:
Condition:
Used by the Tulip team, so there is some patina. Frame looks good from a distance. When you look very closely you can spot a couple touch ups. Little rusty spots near lugs and internally. Nothing severe. Decals suffered from use. View pics to form your own opinion. Structurally 100% fine frame.
