You are welcome to come and watch me sit in front of a PC, talk on the phone, get up to make tea every now and then.
It's not that interesting as I could be on the phone to my mother (or maybe that would be more interesting?), and looking at soup recipes online.
i.e. visually my jobs not that exciting.
Watching people put bikes together is interesting however- you get the whole "what are they doing now, aha! that's what they are doing" bit.
