So here's the Challenge, how fast can you change an inner tube? The wheel is out of the bike, and the starting and finishing tyre preasure needs to be 40PSI. It's that easy.

Last year the winner did it in a time of 1 minute 35.48 seconds, and the slowest person did it in around 9 minutes, and everyone had fun.

I can do it fast alright. It's the pinch flats which bother me :-)

The competition had been extended by a day to allow Ed to complete the task.

was that just change the inner tube or is it apply rubber cement allow to dry for 2 mins apply second layer allow to dry apply patch wait 15mins for adhesion to finish

There's no way that could happen with randos. Need to lever the b'stads back in.

Picked up a tip to inflate the new toob a bit first, though. [off to find stopwatch]
