The ventos hub will have a 130mm hub width I suppose, but you're de rosa will be 126mm I'm guessing, so you'd need to 'cold set' the frame so that the dropouts are 130mm (force the thing to fit) steel is forgiving but de rosas are a bit nice to be jamming things into IMO
