it may not be NJS but just because its got a full brake bridge doesnt mean its not a 'track frame'

I've had a couple of track frames with a drilled rear brake bridge. Sometimes a framebuilder will use what they've got in stock, if it happens to be drilled then it happens to be drilled! It doesn't mean it isn't a track frame... TBH - this frame isn't my cup of tea but it could be someone's and it's not a bad price for what it is.
