i have some 175's on my bike but i wont be splitting my current bike and selling it for a while.

Are you set on pistas? Pretty sure mdcc tester rocks Mirage UltraTorque cranks with a goldtec ring on his fixie skidder. From memory he said it gives him more leverage for killah skidz. But you might want to double check his exact words....
