Think Pedal Ready are a Sheffield group, there's probably more.
In Manchester you're looking at Bike Right and British Cycling as ito's. Then groups like Wheels4all (warrington), National Cycling Academy (bury ... phillips park), and pedalmcr (best not to discuss their politics or diet with the forum heavyweights), and then some authorities run their own training in house. E.g. bury road safety.
Leeds. haven't a clue. Maybe the links have helped you also tho, there was a thread about providers outside London somewhere.
