that's a 2 colour job you've got up there fella so chuck on another 20 for the screens and an additional cost per pull - Fruit of the loom t's are gash - very thin, wash badly and stretch at the cuffs and collar like buggery, I'd be looking at using Gildan Ultras which would push the price up
also if you're getting it printed on a dark t then the logo should be underpinned with a base colour so chuck another 20 quid on and additional costs per pull for that as well
