So, I have a nice Izumi ESH or Super V (can't remember which) on my track bike, that has been on there for 2 years and about 1000 miles (I know, but I didn't do much last year).
It is pretty dry and needs at least a clean and lube, but I'm wondering if it is just worth chucking a new one on?
I have heard on the 'Other forum' talk of changing track chains yearly as a matter of course, and given the cost of the Zen rings I use, I'm tempted to just change it.
