And I laid down like my best time evar so am like well chuffed, innit. Well done to all the other guys (and a couple of wimmins) who took to the stationary steeds. It was a good atmosphere just before the end too...what with hillbilly's words of encouragement...

My plan was to pop in the way back from work, put a time down quickly and go home, it was not to race three times! Was also pretty chuffed with my fastest time, so all good.

Have they not put the results up for the kilo yet? Or did I miss them?

First time on the rollaz, through to the 1/4 finals and a pretty stunning time, hats off...

Lol, think it was 22.15s in the end - my back is killing me for some reason so i'm now sat at work getting trippy on the paracetamol lol!

For some reason... It could be the flat out sprinting in the drops x 3, just a hunch! Mine is a little sore this morning but not at the painkiller stage. Ibuprofen is better (sadly speaking from experience).

that was so tough! I hard to try very hard not to be sick after losing the minor final...
