Me feeling it.
I will have to grab a beer with you this time Oliver, you appeared to be entertaining a friend at the last one, I did not want to intrude -
• #82
Oh, was that because we were playing a card game? Feel free to join in the next time. It's easy to learn and good fun. See you tomorrow for a beer!
-
• #83
Tomorrow huh? I might have to mosy over for this if I can round up Spybot, my Rolla nemesis!
-
• #84
Yeah, I could do that...
-
• #85
Rematch! I need to get over that 0.1 second loss. TBH I'm not feeling too confident as I've been riding like a geriatric the last few weeks.
Any other forumengers coming to this?
-

Well done to all the other guys (and a couple of wimmins) who took to the stationary steeds. It was a good atmosphere just before the end too...what with hillbilly's words of encouragement...

Great effort, and Jim was only foiled again because his beard is just not aerodynamic.
Great to see everybody!
Shame that that was the last of the Winter League--bring on the Spring League! :)

Good night! Oliver you were there? I didn't see you...
My plan was to pop in the way back from work, put a time down quickly and go home, it was not to race three times! Was also pretty chuffed with my fastest time, so all good.
Have they not put the results up for the kilo yet? Or did I miss them?
-

kilo results are here: http://www.rollapaluza.com/2011/02/01/london-league-carnivale-sponsored-by-foffa-bikes-2/

Wicked night, first time on the rollaz and more than happy with my time :-)
-
• #95
I would be! What was it again?
First time on the rollaz, through to the 1/4 finals and a pretty stunning time, hats off...
-
• #96
Lol, think it was 22.15s in the end - my back is killing me for some reason so i'm now sat at work getting trippy on the paracetamol lol!
-
• #97
For some reason... It could be the flat out sprinting in the drops x 3, just a hunch! Mine is a little sore this morning but not at the painkiller stage. Ibuprofen is better (sadly speaking from experience).
-
• #98
that was so tough! I hard to try very hard not to be sick after losing the minor final...
-
• #99
Congrads on everyone there. It was a great night and a wonderful spectacle!
-
• #100
It would have been a better spectacle if you had raced. Hoser.
