Just checked and it turns out I use single release cleats therefore multi-release cleats are for pussies.
I've generally had no problem with spds and don't unexpectedly release as often as i'd thought. They take a while to wear down too and I like to get the very most out of a pair. The only shoes I wear all weekend are my sidis.
Everyone said time atacs were best to the point that I was considering changing but now I reckon i'll stick with the spds for a bit. (Don't change though max, I love watching the ragdoll/turtle)
