Thought this but figured no brake levers or protruding pads.
I seen no computer or clamp for computer. Also, cable is mega fat for computer. Looks more like standard outer cable. edit. yar boo sucks. too slow

Some computers do have fat cables, thought it might have been hidden/chopped out... can't believe i missed the shiter.
Actually it's an internal gear - there's a 3 speed fixed hubs on it, check the end of the bar and check the rear wheel's axles.
